Help apply for the CalHFA ADU Grant

The CalHFA Grant will pay up to $40,000 for pre-development costs. This includes but is not limited to:

• architectural designs

• permits

• soil tests

• impact fees

• property surveys

• energy reports

• utility hookups

The grant will also pay for an interest rate buy-down.

The income qualification for the grant in Riverside County is a household income of less than $173,000 a year.
